They have a big selection of good looking trailers and a shop onsite that seems well equipped to keep them working well. Staff and was courteous and helpful when needed. Coffee was provided in the gray office trailer- you know that's good! Felipe especially characterized our positive experience with his authentic friendliness and rich subject knowledge around outdoor trade work and their product- this was great for my team as we have a wide array of background experience which he connected with well and naturally. We were set off on our project at a strong pace and a good price. Would like to use again!

I have to say during "Covid" most the other trailer spots I reached out to have me a complete run around. I scheduled appointments at one of the competitors to buy a dump trailer and they cancelled my appt and didn't even have the respect to email or call me to tell me it's cancelled.I ended up finding FJM from yelp and showed up without a call Phillip walked out of the office to help us I knew nothing on what I needed and asked a million questions and he answered all of them. He wasn't a pushy rep like the other shops and was great at listening to my needs.Philip is top notch when it comes to customer service if you are in the need for trailers I would highly recommend making sure you get him as a rep. FJM is my one stop shop for trailer parts/accessories, trailer service, and even trailer rentals. Outstanding customer service and reasonable pricing. I use my trailer 4-6 times a month and Ashley in sales/rentals went above and beyond coordinating and scheduling rental trailers for me nearly every week when my trailer was out of commission for over 6 months.

Ashley and Philip are the best and treat their customers like family (in a good way.. not like that uncomfortable family reunion way). Their equipment is always in peak condition with a wide variety and competitive rates. You can't go wrong with FJM!

FJM sold me a car trailer in 2013, and their sales staff was excellent in getting me set up with exactly what I needed to safely haul. They not only advised me regarding trailer size, but with appropriate tiedowns, how to properly use the tiedowns, and they custom welded tie rings to the trailer for my specific needs in only 1/2 hour, saving on the hourly service rate for me. This week I brought the rig in because something had failed in the braking system, and they were able to quickly diagnose a failed brake controller and get me back on the road with minimum expense. Their customer service is excellent, their knowledge is excellent, their working with you on cost is excellent - I HIGHLY recommend these folks for all your trailering needs.

I know a couple of the workers and I know they work hard and do there best. Always willing to help a customer. If I was in need of attained id go here because I know they would do what it takes to get you the trailer you need to get the job done!
